STAGED READINGS 2021/22

Radical Acts is a new two-week writing festival where Theatre Works' resident She Writes playwrights overtake the theatre grounds, share excerpts from their new works with audiences, stretch their ideas with visiting artists, and discuss ‘where to’ with industry guests.
I worked with two of the playwrights to direct the staged readings of their plays, The Cave of Spleen and Suspension. We were able to rehearse for the readings before having to reschedule the festival to 2022. At the readings, I will also have a Q&A with the playwright so the audience can get a closer idea about the playwright and their works.
