A short film setting the stage for Mert Berdilek's debut feature film GERIDE KALANLAR / THE REMAINS. It tells the story of a young boy's relationship to his father as rabies ravage the village's dogs, reaching their own, with their actions and decisions leaving imprints especially the boy.

The feature film be filmed in Eastern-Turkey in the snow-ridden villages near Mount Ararat. It'll tell the story of Ömer, a Turkish migrant, who is mysteriously summoned back to the remote Turkish village of Ağrı, to bury a man he never suspected of being his father, during a tempestuous snow blizzard.
